Club Information

The Signal Mountain Golf & Country Club is a private non-profit corporation owned by the members. Invitation to membership is subject to recommendation by two members in good standing and approval of the Board of Directors.

Clubhouse Membership

The Signal Mountain Golf & Country Club offers candidates for membership the following options:

Full Member

Includes the privileges of participating in all the Club activities.
Current Initiation Fee - $4,500 +tax
Current Dues - $240 per month plus tax
Monthly Assessment - $38
Monthly Renovation Assessment - $31 per month for 60 months
Food Minimum - $150 per quarter
Range Plan - $45 per quarter

Social Member

Includes the privilege of participating in all the Club activities and limited rounds of golf subject to payment of the appropriate guest fees.
Current Initiation Fee - $725 +tax
Current Dues - $110
Monthly Assessment - $8
Monthly Renovation Assessment - $14 per month for 60 months
Food Minimum - $150 per quarter

Junior Member

Includes the same privileges of the Full Member classification. Candidates must be between the ages of 18-34 to eligible. Upon reaching age 35, Junior members automatically transfer into the Full Member classification.
Current Initiation Fee - $875 down with the balance due on the 35th birthday.
Current Dues - $190 plus assessments.

Senior Member

Applicant must be 70 years old, a member for 15 years and retired for 5 years. Please call the Club at (423) 886-5767 for further details.
